By using AnyDaruma you agree to the terms below. Please read them, in particular the parts describing what the app is and the limits of our responsibility.
01 What AnyDaruma Is
AnyDaruma is a tool for loading network configuration and opening a connection. AnyDaruma runs no VPN or proxy servers and provides no network access of its own. It merely loads the configuration your site code or subscription points to, then opens that connection from your own device. You reach only the servers operated by the provider you choose, and your use of any such provider is subject to that provider’s own terms.
02 Acceptable Use
You may use AnyDaruma only for lawful purposes, in compliance with every law and regulation that applies to you. The configuration and the provider you connect through are entirely your own choice, and you are responsible for them.
03 Accounts
AnyDaruma does not issue accounts. Any account you sign in with is created and managed by the service provider you selected, and keeping its credentials safe is your responsibility.
04 No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. You are responsible for the provider you choose and for your activities conducted through the app.
06 Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the revised Terms; any update is reflected in the date shown beneath the title above.
